Exhausting!

The weeks ahead are going to be very tough. I am timetabled to teach many more hours than I am contracted to because of a huge influx of students at my college. There are more students than chairs and the textbooks I am supposed to be using have not been ordered. All are a result of very poor planning on the part of many people. My son has also started school again so it means very early mornings! Trying to take it all in my stride and look ahead as I plan my move back to London. All of the chaos at work just confirms for me that I can’t stay in this work environment any longer.

I will have to take extra good care of myself during these weeks because I can feel myself losing enthusiasm and drive and energy. It’s probably because it’s the first day of my period as well so don’t feel that great in general.
